<DIV><FONT face=Verdana size=2>A raiz de un curso en el que participé el
otro día, precisamente por hablar y discrepar en algún caso con el ponente
(D. Luis Salar, asiduo de esta lista) no paro de pensar en que gran parte de
los problemas que afligen a nuestra querida Atención Farmacéutica son
semánticos; nos cuesta saber en qué consenso estamos enmarcados, nos cuesta
definir problema de salud, nos cuesta desterrar la coletilla "activa" de la
palabra "dispensación". Con el tiempo que llevan los médicos hablando de
"episodios" en el paciente, hasta el congreso de Granada no ha habido quien
lo ha incorporado (Ana y Teresa) a nuestro vocabulario. Cuando la medicina
basada en la evidencia está hablando del número necesario para tratar (NNT)
nosotros seguimos discutiendo si el problema relacionado con los
medicamentos se ha manifestado y es real, o si no lo es. </FONT></DIV>

Romero y a Marival Diaz que promovieron la AF y el único consenso que todos
respetamos, ¿quien es el valiente que pone ahora el cascabel al
