si es posible y el nivel 3 es no evitar, simplemente seguir, es decir, en mayo
del 2001 no se le decía a un médico que evitase esa asociación.</P>

método internacionalmente aceptado de notificación espontánea de
<STRONG><U>sospecha</U></STRONG> de reacciones adversas a
medicamentos.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> Cuando enviamos una tarjeta amarilla, el
primer receptor es el Centro Autonómico de Farmacovigilancia, que registra la
notificación y la reenvia al Centro Nacional, que registra y reenvia al Centro
Internacional que está en Suecia. Alli se recogen y procesan todas las
notificaciones de todo el mundo.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> Cuando en el Centro Internacional se
registran repeticiones de efectos notificados por todo el mundo, se inicia un
proceso de alarma y notificacion a las autoridades sanitarias.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> Compete a las autoridades sanitarias la
decisión de vigilar, estudiar, inmovilizar,...según la gravedad de cada
caso.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> Quisiera dejar bién claro que el
sistema de farmacovigilarcia sirve para <STRONG><U>levantar
sospechas</U></STRONG>, no para demostrar la relación causa-efecto de una
reacción adversa. De esto se encargan otros organismos a través de estudios
controlados, trabajos,...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> Os ruego que notifiqueis todo lo adverso
que ocurra en torno al medicamento, independientemente de que penseis que
guarda relación o no.</FONT></DIV>
