The  eighth  edition  of  the congress by Internet UniNet UNIX Meeting
(UMeet'2007) like is traditional, it will take place in Internet, in The Network UniNet, between the days 15-22 of December:http://umeet.uninet.edu/.

How  in  previous  years,  it's a set of conferences and open lectures about systems of free software. In this edition has already confirmed experts   like   Jose  Nazario,  Gustavo  González,  Alexandre  Oliva, Alejandro Sanchez Acosta, Franco Iacomella, Fabian Franz, Louis Suarez, Daniel Olivera, Juan Sacco, and others figures of recognized prestige.

The        assistance        is       free.       The      registry in the  congress (http://compendium.ar.uninet.edu/cgi-bin/umeet2007/register?lang=en) has by purpose of subscribing to a mail list where it informs da ily into the activities and also is free and gratuitous.

The organizing Committee (umeet at uninet.edu) accepts proposals of other  lecturers who wish to expose their works. All the suggestions will be welcomes, as well as all those that wish to
collaborate in the event.

La octava edición del congreso por Internet  UniNet UNIX Meeting (UMeet'2007), como es tradicional, tendrá lugar en
Internet, en la Red UniNet, entre los días  15 y 22 de diciembre próximos: http://umeet2007.uninet.edu/.

Como  en años anteriores, se trata de un conjunto de conferencias,  mesas  redondas, y charlas abiertas sobre sistemas de sofware libre.

 En  esta  edición  ya  han  confirmado su participación expertos como Jose  Nazario,  Gustavo González, Alexandre Oliva,  Alejandro Sanchez
 Acosta , Franco Iacomella, Fabian Franz, Louis Suarez, Daniel Olivera, Juan Sacco, y otras figuras de reconocido
prestigio.

La    asistencia   es   libre.   El   registro    en   el   congreso (http://compendium.ar.uninet.edu/cgi-bin/umeet2007/register?lang=en) tiene por finalidad suscribirse a una lista de mail donde informa diariamente de las actividades y
también  es libre y gratuito.

El Comité organizador (umeet at uninet.edu) acepta propuestas de otros conferenciantes que deseen exponer sus trabajos. Todas las  sugerencias serán bienvenidas, así como todos los que
desean colaborar en el evento.
