pude encontrar esto, espero te sirva de algo, pero la unica  relacion podría ser por algun efecto anticolinergico, podrías buscar en las  reacciones adversas de otros farmacos con efectos  anticolinergicos.

  1) Eye / vision finding   
  a) Summary 
  1) In a meta-analysis of clinical studies in depressed patients        treated with oral citalopram for up to 8 weeks (n=746), the incidence of        disturbances of accommodation was approximately 9% (Milne & Goa,        1991f). This complication is attributed to anticholinergic effects. 
  b) Disturbances of accommodation may occur in citalopram therapy.
